The contractor is solely responsible for the services they provide.
2. No professional advice
The content on the Site, including guides, cost ranges, and the symptom checker, is general information only. It is not structural, engineering, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person inspection by a qualified professional. Cost figures are general ranges for information only and are not quotes. Do not rely on the Site to diagnose your foundation.
3. Your responsibilities

We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, will contact you within any specific time, or will meet your expectations. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundation Repair Frederick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising out of your use of the Site or your dealings with any contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
